For Jo there's no beach but Edisto. Jo doesn't remember a time in her life when there was no Edisto. That is entirely plausible since her parents bought the lot on which her home now stands about two weeks after she was born. Jo's dad soon began building what was to become her family's Edisto Beach home. Her mom reported that Jo's brother, her cousins, and their friends rusted two strollers out whilst entertaining Jo by running in and out of the surf while she rode and cheered gleefully.

Pete Anderson and his wife Kaye moved to Edisto Beach in 1997 and has been a successful real estate agent for over 12 years. He is very active in town activities as well as a member of the Edisto Beach Lions Club. Pete also serves on Town Council and is the liaison from the Town to the Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Volunteer Fire Department and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Captain's license. Hollace Savage has sold real estate for the past 8 years. Her first job was at Whaley’s – when it was a grocery and the only gas station on the beach. Each summer held new opportunities: working at Fairfield, The Pavillion, the hardware store, and the bank. Edisto and its people held a special place in her heart and after college, she made it home. As a third generation Edisto property owner, Chris has the knowledge and years of experience required to help buyers make well informed choices.  Originally from St. George, SC Chris spend most summers on Edisto Beach from 1984 when his family purchased 2701 Palmetto Blvd.  Throughout high school and college (University of SC) Chris worked summer jobs all over the island including Edisto Marina, Fairfield Ocean Ridge Resort, Jeremy Cay and the Hammocks, Edisto Watersports and Tackle, and The Oyster Factory.  After graduating from USC Chris began selling real estate with Lachicotte and Harper, then managed Wyndham Ocean Ridge Realty for 10 years before becoming part of the Edisto Realty family.

Chris has three children, Savannah, John-Conner, and Miles who keep him and his wife, Kim very busy.  When not in the office Chris is easy to find, almost always on the beach in front of 2701 Palmetto Blvd or at home on Manse Road.
