It has grown to be the largest event of it's kind in the nation. It has artists and exhibitors from all around the world sharing their talent. The expo is known for it's promotion of the conservation and preservation of nature and educational outreach programs. The event has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Edisto Eats, A Food FestivalJan 22nd, 2012Edisto Eats, A Food Festival is a continuation of last year's Edisto's Ultimate Chef Competition. The festival will kick off January 20th and it will be 5 local teams that will battle over 3 weekends at various local restuarants and the diners will be the judges.
