The well-equipped kitchen provides double ovens, gas cook top, and all that you need for meal preparation.  A half bath is located next to the kitchen.  A utility room with washer/dryer, sink, ice maker and extra refrigerator is located off the living area. Enjoy the relaxing screened porch that runs across the back of the house, and provides a desirable outdoor living and dining space for enjoying the sights, sounds and feel of the ocean breezes. The spacious Master Suite has king sized bed, chaise lounge and access to the screen porch. The master bathroom has garden tub, shower, water closet, and 2 separate sink vanities. The downstairs guest suite is street side and offers wide door openings into the connecting handicapped accessible bathroom. This bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has accessible sink, toilet with hand rail and walk-in shower with hand held shower head, fold down seat, and hand rails. The sink vanity is wheel chair accessible. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a den, each room offers beach views and access to the upper sundeck. The bedroom to the left of the stairway has 2 queen sized beds and connecting bathroom with tub/shower.  The den has sleeper sofa and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and connecting bath with step-in shower.  The third bedroom has queen sized bed, TV and connecting bathroom with tub/shower. Outside offers a picnic area under the house, outdoor shower, sink, privacy boardwalk to the beach, and adequate parking.  Additional amenities include - elevator to all floors, grill, separate ice maker, sundeck, and screen porch.   There is internet service.  Please remember the house does not have bed, bath or kitchen linens, there is no smoking or no pets allowed on the property.  Optional travel insurance available upon request.
