3 BR+Den/3 BA (Sleeps 8)-This island house is located in Cowpens, a small, private island community that is accessible by causeway.  Nestled beneath towering oak trees and fabulous low country scenery in an unspoiled natural setting with ocean views (front) and located on Frampton Inlet (tidal). Updated house with new furnishings and beautiful coastal accents. Enter the house into the open living, kitchen and dining area. This area is filled with natural light and with spectacular views of the inlet.  The living area has comfortable seating and TV. Updated kitchen with new appliances is well-stocked with plenty of storage space. The dining area is off the kitchen has seating for 6. A screened porch is located off the living area and has comfortable seating and views of the inlet and ocean. A den with sleeper sofa, TV and a bathroom (shower) is located on the main floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom has King Bed with entry into the hallway bathroom. Hallway bathroom has tub/shower. Another bedroom overlooking the inlet has King Bed, private deck and bathroom with double vanities, tub and shower. Third bedroom has inlet view and two Single Beds. The washer/dryer are located in the laundry closet in the hallway on the second floor. I must stress the views of the living room are to die for. If you like nature and privacy this house is for you!

Outside is a dock for fishing and crabbing. A fish sink is located near the dock. There is a rinse off wash station outside. Large wooded lot with plenty of parking and space to enjoy the outside. Guests can access the beach through the Jeremy Cay entrance (about a 6 minute walk). No golf carts are allowed No Smoking, No Pets and No Bed or Bath Linens. Optional Travel Insurance is available. The house does not provide internet service but service can be provided by personal hot spot. TV offers 13 local channels.
