Enjoy a sunrise on the covered porch or bask in the sun from sundecks on both the upper and lower levels. The first floor welcomes you with an expansive view of the beach from the living room, dining room and master bedroom suite. These rooms open to a large covered porch with attached sundecks on either side. The kitchen/dining room has plenty of space for entertaining, including an island and separate breakfast bar with plenty of seating. The kitchen features a stainless-steel refrigerator, double ovens, and a filtered water ice machine. Great kitchen to entertain family and friends There are two bedrooms on the first floor; a master suite and an additional bedroom containing a queen bed with an adjoining full bath. The spacious master suite with king size bed opens to its own private sundeck with amazing ocean views. The master bath includes a relaxing garden tub with a separate shower. The upstairs has five bedrooms. One is a bonus master suite with king bed and bath and an ocean view. Two of the remaining four bedrooms open to their own private sundecks. These two bedrooms have queen beds and attached full baths. The remaining two upstairs bedrooms, one queen and two twins, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. After a walk or swim in the ocean, rinse off in the conveniently located outside shower. No smoking. No pets. Bed and Bath linens are not furnished. Optional travel insurance available upon request.
