Enjoy the amazing views of the marsh and ocean from the covered porch that is accessible from every room of this one-of-a-kind vacation home. The second floor living area offers comfortable seating (sleeper sofa) for family and friends and opens to the kitchen and dining area with plenty of windows to enjoy the views of the marsh, creek, and ocean. These rooms open to a screened porch with additional dining table and seating. The master suite is located on the top floor and features a Queen bed, sitting area with sleeper sofa, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. A Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects two bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and the other bedroom has two Twin beds. The last bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower only. Parking for up to four vehicles, outdoor shower(hot/cold), and fish sink are located under the house. A shared board walk leads to a private dock (located to the right at the end of the boardwalk). This home is located in a private residential community; a strict 10PM noise ordinance is in effect and enforced. Community Boat Ramp is available for small boats – no access to ocean.
