    • Guest Bedroom: Queen bed located near the front door with an adjoining bath.  

    • Sleeping Loft: Open and semi-private, featuring a queen bed, daybed, and trundle—great for kids or extra guests.  



  • Relaxing Living Spaces:  

  • Bright Great Room with a living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors.  

    • Two enclosed porches:  

    • One off the living area and master bedroom for serene relaxation.  

    • Another off the dining and living area with a table and chairs for family meals.  



  • Convenient Beach Access:  

    • A pathway across from the driveway leads directly to the beach access, just 4 blocks away—perfect for walking or biking.
