3 BR/2.5 BA (K/K/ TB and Trundle) Sleeps 8 - Low tides, high tides, king tides, they are "ALL GOOD TIDES" at 140 Palmetto Blvd., Edisto Beach, South Carolina, a beach house with fantastic views north to Seabrook and south to Hunting Island, and east as far as the eye can see!  "ALL GOOD TIDES" is a recently completely renovated two story three bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house, fronting on the Atlantic Ocean – steps from the sand, shells, and surf!  There is a new kitchen, a great room for relaxing and ocean viewing through expansive windows, tv viewing with a 65-inch tv, and dining with the table set for eight.  There is also a large electric fireplace for breaking the chill on frosty mornings.  Of special note above the fireplace is a mantel made from pecky sinker cypress from the bottom of the Ogeechee River from 500 years ago.  Leading from the great room toward the ocean is a large screened porch which in turn takes you to a spacious sundeck with rocking and lounge chairs for full enjoyment of the Atlantic!  Of Course, leading from the deck are stairs to the sand and beach – miles of walking if you desire!  Also, some great surf fishing is there when the spot tail bass are running in the waves.
Downstairs is the master bedroom with a large king size bed, Roku tv, beautiful views of the Atlantic, and a private bath with custom shower.  Also, on the first floor is a laundry room and half bath for guests’ convenience.  Leading to the second floor is the beautiful one-of-a-kind oak staircase.  This staircase was hand crafted in 1981 by Nick Lindsay – noted Edisto Beach poet laureate and master wood craftsman.  The second-floor features two large bedrooms and a large shared bath.  One bedroom has a king size bed, and large tv.  The other bedroom features a special bunk bed – a queen on the bottom, xl twin on top, a trundle for more guests, and also a tv for entertainment.  Of special note each bedroom has a sliding door opening to another deck – you can see forever and a day from here.  Just make sure to duck when the pelicans come by!  Lounge chairs are here for relaxing and getting special views of the gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing in the surf.
For the kids there is a secret entrance to a special loft, which can be used for games and sleeping.  A futon folds out to make a queen-sized bed, perfect for sleeping bags and special experiences for the small ones of your group.  This secret loft actually is above the great room with views to watch adults – a good spot for the children to escape to their own world – no big people allowed!
