    • Large open living, dining, and kitchen area with a convenient wet bar for entertaining.

    • Screened porch at the back of the house, accessible from both the living room and the downstairs back bedroom.

    • Upstairs features a spacious den with seating and a cozy trundle bed.

    • Main floor:

      • Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, TV, and private bath (tub/shower), facing Nancy Street.

      • Bedroom 2: King-sized bed, TV, and private bath (tub/shower).
