An enclosed staircase leads to an open living space and master suite on the second floor. The living area has comfortable seating with large screen TV and is the perfect gathering place to enjoy friends and family. French doors lead to a covered porch with amazing views. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and dining area. The master suite has a king bed and French doors to a screened porch with fabulous views. The master bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower and separate tub. There is an extra-large walk-in closet off of the master bedroom. The first floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms facing the lagoon have French doors that lead to a covered porch. Two bedrooms have king beds with a shared tub/shower. Both bedrooms have private water closets and extra-large walk-in closets. The two other bedrooms have queen beds with a jack-n-jill bathroom. The elevator and laundry room are centrally located in a hallway between the bedrooms. Easy access to elevator from the garage to all floors.
