There is a bedroom downstairs (window a/c) with a Sleeper and a bath (walk in shower only). Upstairs (central heat/air) you will find a large great room with 3 bedrooms. There is a sunroom facing Palmetto Blvd that flows into the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The bedroom on the right of the house has a king size bed (with TV) and a private bath (stand up shower). The left side of the house has a hallway that leads to 2 bedrooms with a hall bath (shower only). The front (street side) bedroom has 2 double beds (TV). The back bedroom has a queen size bed (no TV). There is a nice deck on the back of the house with a charcoal grill for relaxing in the evening.
