Surrounded by graceful oak trees and overlooking a tranquil lagoon, this classic coastal cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.

Step inside through the back entrance into a welcoming kitchen area, complete with a breakfast bar for extra seating. While there’s no dishwasher, the space is thoughtfully arranged for easy meal prep and casual dining. The open-concept “L” shaped living and dining room features multiple sofas and cozy chairs—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Two sliding glass doors open onto a spacious front sundeck, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the sea breeze.

The central living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces, creating a warm and communal atmosphere. Each side of the great room hosts two bedrooms and a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination, offering privacy and comfort for families or groups.
