There are Two bedrooms on either side of the great room and 2 full hall bathrooms(tub/shower combo). The two bedrooms facing Jungle Shores Dr each have a queen size bed. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. The two back bedroom each facing the beautiful marsh. The bedroom on the left has a king size bed, the one on the right has a queen bed. This right bedroom opens onto an open deck. These bedrooms have a TV. The great room leads to a nice screened porch with rockers that overlooks the marsh. Additional amenities include a charcoal grill, an enclosed outside shower, a large screen porch under the house on the marsh side complete with fishing sink. The laundry is located in a room downstairs that also has a sink and picnic table. No Smoking, No Bed or Bath Linens, Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee.
