Start your mornings with spectacular sunrises over the marsh and ocean from your private tidal dock. Spend the day crabbing, fishing, or launching a kayak, paddleboard, or small boat to explore the creek leading to Jeremy Inlet—a secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. A shared boardwalk leads to the private dock, located to the right at the end of the walkway.



Inside, the second-floor living area is designed for comfort and connection, with cozy seating for family and friends. The open-concept kitchen and dining area are surrounded by windows that frame stunning views of the marsh, creek, and ocean. These spaces flow seamlessly onto a screened porch with additional dining and seating—perfect for sunset dinners or quiet morning coffee.



The master suite is located on the top floor and features a King bed, TV, and glass doors that open to a private sundeck with panoramic views. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

  • One bedroom features a King bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with another bedroom that includes two sets of bunk beds, each with trundles. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
  
  
  • The third bedroom on this level offers a Queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower only.
  
  
  
  

Under the house, there’s parking for up to four vehicles, a hot/cold outdoor shower, and a fish sink for cleaning your catch of the day.



The community also offers a boat ramp for small boats (note: no ocean access).



Boating Notice for Scott Creek:

Due to the changing depth of the creek based on tidal activity, the community recommends using boats that are less than 18 feet in length or those designed with shallow hulls or low displacement. A no-wake policy is strictly enforced whenever passing docks or encountering other creek users—please respect this guideline to ensure safety and courtesy for all!

• Sand accumulation, especially along the inside curves of Scott Creek, can create challenges for boaters during low tide. To avoid grounding, it is strongly advised to consult tide tables before planning any boating activity.

This home is located in a private residential community with a strictly enforced 10PM noise ordinance.
