The Main House has an entrance foyer, large open great room with the living area to the left, dining and kitchen to the right and across the whole front of the house is the glass porch with oversized comfortable furniture making it hard to choose a spot to sit and enjoy the views of the lagoon. To the left of the living area is the library with shelves of books to read on the futon. Off the library down a short hallway is the master suite - sitting area w/day bed, bedroom w/king, and a large master bath with and oversized glass enclosed shower stall and tub. There is a powder room off the foyer and the door to the elevator that will take you to ground level or up to the office level. In the office is the spiral staircase to the "crow's nest". This will become your favorite spot to enjoy for sunrises and evening sunsets. Comfortable seating and even a game table for family friendly cards. Off the first floor of the Main House is an open boardwalk to the guest bedroom wing. The first door opens into 2 bedrooms (bunk & queen) and a full bath (tub/shower). From the Queen bedroom, is the private and secluded screen porch overlooking the lagoon. Around the corner is another door into the 4th BR w/queen bed/bath and another screen porch. The home is only 300 yards to the beach. Not only are there many books to read, there is a complete CD collection with player. Your family pet is welcome - only a single pet with a non-refundable Pet Fee. No Smoking and No Bed or Bath Linens. Optional Travel Insurance is available upon request.  Only Electric Golf Carts are allowed. All golf carts should have a decal from the Golf Cart Rental Company. Please remember that all properties are privately owned. Beach Access is via Kings Grant Road.
