3BR / 2BA - Sleeps 10 – (King, Queen, 2 Bunk Beds, SS) - In the quiet residential section of Wyndham Resort but not far from all the resort amenities.  Easy walk or bike ride to the resort gate that is only 2 blocks to a beach access.  The home is located on cul-de-sac with plenty of parking in the driveway and street.  The foyer opens to the centrally located Great Room (living, dining, and kitchen areas).  With the vaulted ceilings the room has plenty of light.  The Great Room has plenty of room for the whole family.  You will divide your time between the large sundeck and screened porch.  The screened porch has a table for extra dining.  Off the Great Room on left is the master bedroom with a private bath. On the right side of the Great room are 2 more bedrooms.  One with a queen and the kids room has bunks. No Smoking.  No Bed or Bath Linens.  Pets allowed w/non-refundable fee.  No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / Golf Carts allowed in resort. No Elevator Access. Optional travel insurance available upon request.
