8BR / 8BA - Sleeps 20 - 2K, 4Q, 4S, 2 Trundle Beds - Need a large home for a big family vacation.  This is actually a side by side duplex with a connecting door from the 1st floor covered deck.  Everyone can enjoy being together, but still have plenty of space of their own.  Each side has the same floor plan, Great Room and a bedroom and bath on the first floor with a slider to the covered deck.  On the 2nd floor are 3 more bedrooms and 3 baths.  The master bedroom and a guest bedroom also have sliders to the 2nd floor covered deck. The home is at the end of Jungle Shores - quiet and private and only a block and 1/2 to the beach.  Under each house is a sitting area with table and chairs and large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The views are wonderful and the sunsets ! Wow!.

Each side has a King, 2 Queens, a Bunk, and a Trundle - Side A Sleeps 11-The main level has the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit) with 2 Single Bedroom and Hall Bath (tub/shower combo).  Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a dining table.  Upstairs is the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The Master Bedroom (King) is on the right with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with  tub and stall shower.  To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one -  Queen & private bath - Bunk w/Trundle (sleeps 3) + Queen and bath.

Side B Sleeps 10.   The main level has the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit) with a Queen Bedroom and Hall Bath (tub/shower combo).  Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table.  Upstairs is the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The Master Bedroom is the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower.  To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a TripleBunk and Bunk (sleeps 4) and bath.  

No Smoking on the property – even on porches and decks, NO PETS   No Bed or Bath Linens.  Optional Travel Insurance is available.  The property is equipped with security cameras.
