The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room – living room, dining and kitchen, and the 1st BR. This bedroom has Trundle (sleeps 2). On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. The stair case to the 2nd floor is located in the foyer and leads to the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom (King) is on the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower. Also, there are grand views of the marsh, creeks and sunsets. To the right and down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen and private bath and the other with a Queen and Bunk (sleeps 4) and bath (tub/shower). NO PETS ALLOWED. No Smoking. There is a grill and internet service. No bed linens or towels provided. The property is equipped with security cameras.
