On the lagoon side of the Great Room is a study with views of the lagoon and a door to the sundeck. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook and the laundry room. The screen porch has a door from the great room. The first-floor master is on the left off the foyer. This bedroom has a king and a TV and connecting door to the large private bath. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a large den. The upstairs master on the left at the top of the stairs has a queen, TV and private bath (stall shower only). On the right side of the house are 2 bedrooms #1 - 2 singles #2 - Triple bunk (sleeps 3) and a hall bath (tub/shower) The 2nd floor den has a day bed w/trundle. Upstairs sundeck is NOT accessible.
