On the first floor you will find the Living Area, Kitchen (DW, WD, Micro, RO Water), Dining Area, Full Bath and Laundry closet. The large Living area also opens to the screen porch and covered deck. Upstairs there are the 3 bedrooms with 3 private baths. The master bedroom (King) opens to another golf view screen porch. There is a whirlpool tub and separate shower in the master bath.  The other Guest Bedrooms (Q), (2D) each have a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The King Cottons are close to Golf Shop, Pools, and Recreation Center and Ella & Ollies restaurant.  No bed/bath linens provided.  Additional amenities include internet access, and an enclosed outside shower. No Smoking. Pets allowed with non-refundable fee (NO CATS PLEASE!) Optional travel insurance is also available. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / or Golf Carts allowed in the resort.
